RETURN POLICY

We do hope you love our products and enjoy shopping with us; however, if for any reason you would like to return any item/s, please see our return policy below:

To be eligible for a refund, you strictly have 14 days after the product/s have been delivered. Here are the following bullets to keep in mind for your order to be eligible of a refund:

  1. The product must be in the same condition that you have received it
    1. It should be undamaged and unworn
    2. Its price tag should still be on with all the packaging still intact.

Any item/s purchased during our promos including Sales or discounted item/s above 30% off, are the final price and can't be issued for refunds.

After we have received your item/s, our professional team will inspect it and then proceed with the said refund. The refund will not include any delivery charge you have paid, and the money will only be refunded to the original method of purchases.

We reserve the right not to refund if you return the item/s to us outside the terms of our Return Policy. Henceforth, to return the product, please contact our customers service via our email address at support@littletouch.co.uk 

 

Additionally, please note that the customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned items. The shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Otherwise, we won’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.

 

WRONG/FAULTY ITEM

Most of our customers have a great experience when shopping with us. However, we do understand that sometimes there may be problems along its journey to you. If you received a wrong/faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours. Please attach a clear picture of the item to support@littletouch.co.uk.
