SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 working days.
Before completing the order, please ensure your address details are correct as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered them incorrectly.
UK Standard delivery charge is £3.99 and will be delivered within 2-3 working days, once shipped. Free delivery on all orders over £100.
UK Special Delivery Guaranteed charge is £8.65 and will be delivered the next day. All orders should be placed before 4 pm. Please note, that on Sunday all orders will be shipped on Monday.
UK Next Working Day Delivery charge is £5.82:
- if ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday, it will be delivered within 1 working day
- if ordered after 1pm Thursday, it will be delivered on the following Monday
- if ordered during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday
European and International delivery charges will be calculated at checkout once the delivery option and destination have been chosen.
We aim to deliver all European orders within 5-7 working days.
Customs charges are not included in the shipping price. In the event of a refused parcel on delivery, customers will be responsible for any fees or charges incurred upon return of the items to us. Therefore, only the cost of the item will be refunded.
We aim to deliver Worldwide orders within 7-10 working days. Is customer responsibility to pay for any customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in your country.
Please be aware that any delay after the item has been sent is not Little Touch responsibility as it is provided by a carrier.
Please note that we have a strict, NON CANCELLATION POLICY, once’s you ordered your item you can not cancel. Thanks for your understanding.
