SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-5 working days (it depends on demand).

Before completing the order, please ensure your address details are correct as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered incorrectly.

Uk Standard delivery charge is 2.99 and will be delivered within 5-10 working days, once shipped. Free delivery on all orders over £100.

European and International delivery charges will be calculated at checkout once the delivery option and destination has been chosen. All orders will be delivered within 10-20 working days, once shipped.

Free delivery on orders over £150 from Europe, Canada, The United States, and Australia.

Please be aware that any delay after the item has been sent is not Little Touch responsibility as it is provided by a carrier.

 

COVID-19 During this current situation, your delivery may take longer than expected.

Please be patient, we'll do everything we can to deliver parcels as soon as possible.

 

Please note that we have a strict, NON CANCELLATION POLICY, once’s you ordered your item you can not cancel. Thanks for your understanding.

 

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you love our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return them, please see our return policy below:

To be eligible for a refund, you have 14 calendar days to do it.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unworn, with the tag still on and all the packaging intact.

Any item purchased during “BUY ONE GET ONE FREE” or sale or discounted above 30% are final sale can’t be refunded.

After we receive your items, our professional team will inspect it and then proceed with the refund. The refund will not include any delivery charge you have paid,  and money will only be refunded to the original method of purchases.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Return Policy.

Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned items. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WRONG/FAULTY ITEM

Most of our customers have a great experience when shopping with us. However, we do understand that sometimes there may be problems along its journey to you. If you received a wrong/faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours. You will need to send a clear picture of the item to support@littletouch.co.uk.
